TR2516 DC resistance tester uses 32-bit Cortex-M3 CPU and 4.3-inch color LCD screen; 0.01% highest resistance measurement accuracy and 0.1μΩ minimum resistance resolution; Equipped with a temperature measurement function, its temperature compensation and temperature conversion function eliminate the influence of ambient temperature on the test work. The offset voltage compensation function can effectively eliminate the electromotive force and contact potential difference of the DUT itself, and well eliminate the potential error caused by the influence of thermoelectricity on the contact of the tested element. In particular, resistors with large changes in resistance value with temperature have better test results.
