TR2516 series low resistance tester

TR2516 DC resistance tester uses 32-bit Cortex-M3 CPU and 4.3-inch color LCD screen; 0.01% highest resistance measurement accuracy and 0.1μΩ minimum resistance resolution; Equipped with a temperature measurement function, its temperature compensation and temperature conversion function eliminate the influence of ambient temperature on the test work. The offset voltage compensation function can effectively eliminate the electromotive force and contact potential difference of the DUT itself, and well eliminate the potential error caused by the influence of thermoelectricity on the contact of the tested element. In particular, resistors with large changes in resistance value with temperature have better test results.

High Accuracy - Four-wire resistance measurement

Kelvin four-wire sensing, also known as the 4-point probe method, is an electrical impedance measurement technique that uses separate countercurrent and voltage sensing electrodes to provide more accurate measurements than traditional two-point terminals. The key advantage of four-wire detection is the separation of current and voltage electrodes, eliminating the impedance of wiring and contact resistance.

Rich interfaces

Through the HANDLER interface, it is easy to form an automatic test system to achieve automatic testing. The instrument outputs a comparison result signal and a contact signal through this interface, and an external trigger signal can be input through this interface.

Key locking

The resistor panel button has a lock setting, when the panel Lock button is pressed (bright red), it enters the lock mode, and the functions of some buttons on the panel cannot be used and changed, and the lock can be unlocked again.
