TR9308A can measure voltages up to 8KV DC and 6KV AC, with an input impedance of 100MΩ and low load effect, while the 40MHz high bandwidth allows you to capture fast, high-voltage signals. The high-voltage probe can be connected to an oscilloscope for direct measurement, which is suitable for high-voltage grounding reference voltage measurement.
