The high-voltage passive probe is designed for accurate measurement of high-frequency and high-voltage signals, supporting ground-referenced transient voltage measurement up to 50KV, and a bandwidth of 100MHz can accurately capture high-voltage pulse signals. Its innovative multi-layer shielding structure with insulated protective enclosure meets IEC61010 safety standards to ensure the safety of operators and equipment. The probe has a built-in MΩ high-impedance input to minimize the load effect on the circuit under test and ensures signal integrity through dynamic compensation technology. It adapts to mainstream oscilloscopes through standard BNC interfaces, supports high-risk scenarios such as switching power supply testing, IGBT drive analysis, and power system surge monitoring, and provides safe and reliable high-voltage measurement solutions for power electronics research and development and new energy equipment maintenance.

High-frequency passive high-voltage probes

The standard BNC interface is a universal physical connection solution in the field of oscilloscopes and is compatible with all major oscilloscope brands. Whether it is an imported flagship (such as Tektronix TBS2000B, Keysight) or a domestic model (Puyuan RIGOL, Dingyang SDS5000X), it can achieve "plug and play", eliminating cumbersome settings such as probe identification and impedance matching.

High insulation

The high-voltage probe is made of cutting-edge insulation materials combined with advanced manufacturing processes, and its core advantage lies in its excellent insulation performance. The design effectively isolates high-voltage interference and potential leakage risks, ensuring that the measurement signal remains pure, stable, accurate and reliable even in ultra-high voltage environments. The excellent insulation performance eliminates false detection and potential safety hazards, and directly improves the safety of equipment and operator protection.

Low input capacitance

When the probe needs to be calibrated, the probe Hole 1 interface can be adjusted, which is a 200Hz square wave adjustment point, and the signal generator can be used to calibrate. This product has been adjusted to Hole 2 and Hole 3 when leaving the factory, please do not adjust Hole 2 and Hole 3 adjustment points for non-professionals.

Ground loops

When measuring high-frequency voltages above 40MHz, please use this alligator clip to directly ground to get a better frequency response.

Low noise

The advanced low-noise circuit design effectively suppresses the coupling of environmental electromagnetic interference and internal noise. Reducing crosstalk by optimizing component layout, combined with a new grounding architecture to eliminate ground loop noise, ensures pure and stable signal transmission.
