Electrical propertyLED is a unipolar PN junction diode composed of semiconductor inorganic material, which is one type of semiconductor PN junction diode, and its voltage-current relationship is called volt-ampere characteristic. As shown in Figure 7: spectrophotometry is measured through the monochromator spectral power distribution of the LED, and then use the chromaticity weighting function to obtain the corresponding chromaticity parameters; integral method is to use specific filters with photodetectors to directly measure the chromaticity parameters; spectrophotometry is much more accurate than the integral method. |
