100MHz/1500V High Voltage Differential Probe

TR1010B high-voltage differential probes are available for all major oscilloscopes in the market, converting a floating signal to a low-voltage signal at the ground level, making it safe and easy to display any ground level oscilloscope. The probe can be used at frequencies up to 10MHz for 1500V voltage signals and has high common-mode rejection, making it an excellent choice for non-georeferenced, floating, or isolated measurements. Angstrom oscilloscope differential probes are ideal for power testing, switching power supplies, inverters, motor drive control, switching power supply development, maintenance and evaluation.

High performance differential probe

From the laboratory to the production line, BNC compatibility makes the differential probe a multi-scenario test tool to meet the verification requirements of low-temperature start-stop and high-temperature conditions of the motor controller. The probe is equipped with a variety of measuring accessories, which can be quickly replaced to complete the measurement and debugging.

Measuring advantages

For the SiC electric drive system of electric vehicles, the differential probe withstands ± 1400V transient high voltage and 6000Vrms isolation voltage, and the dual high impedance input channels directly measure the phase-to-phase voltage of the three-phase inverter, eliminating the risk of 50A ground loop current in traditional measurement. CAT II safety level establishes a safety barrier for 800V battery pack charging and discharging tests, helping engineers to complete power system verification with zero fear of electric shock.

CMRR Common Mode Rejection Capability

Facing the high voltage environment of 800V battery pack and SiC inverter, the differential probe 80dB @ 100kHz common mode rejection capability effectively blocks 50A ground loop current, and the ± 1400V transient high voltage withstand design directly measures three-phase non-common ground signals. CAT III safety level provides floating ground measurement guarantee for the motor controller to avoid the risk of PE line short circuit caused by traditional methods.

Use USB/5V power supply

Support USB/5V power supply scheme, can directly take power through the oscilloscope built-in USB interface or standard Type-C data line, without external independent power supply module. The popularity of the Type-C interface ensures the availability of the wire. Its 5V/1A power supply specification is processed by a low-noise voltage regulator circuit, which can provide clean power supply and avoid electromagnetic interference from stringing into the measurement path. The design simplifies the complexity of the test bench configuration, especially suitable for mobile test scenarios and compact laboratory environments, while ensuring the high performance of the probe, the dual optimization of power management and system integration is realized, and the work efficiency of on-site debugging and R & D verification is significantly improved.

PWM waveform test

In the PWM output voltage waveform test, the differential probe effectively suppresses common mode noise and high frequency interference through differential signal acquisition technology, and accurately restores the square wave duty cycle and edge characteristics. Its ultra-wideband response can fully capture the nanosecond rise/fall edge, with the built-in 5MHz bandwidth limit function to filter the switching harmonics, clearly showing the fundamental wave modulation characteristics.
