TR2517 series multi-channel electropositive tester is a high-precision and wide-range automatic DC electropositive tester specially designed for multiple electropositive testing. Up to 30 resistors can be measured at the same time and displayed on the screen at the same time. Each channel has an accuracy of 0.05% and a range range of 1u~300K0, the number of display bits is four and a half digits, the test speed can be up to 12mS, the temperature compensation of the instrument can avoid the influence of ambient temperature on the test work, it has a very convenient sorting function, the Handler interface can output the sorting results of all channels without expansion, and can be equipped with RS232/USB/RS485 interface for remote control and data acquisition and analysis.
Features:
• Stand-alone mode and scanning mode can be switched at will to achieve dual-purpose use

True Color LCDThe DC low resistance tester is equipped with a 4.3-inch true color LCD screen, 480x 272 high definition resolution presents fine image quality, test values, curve trends and status signs are displayed in bright colors in layers, and readings are clear and intuitive. The true color screen allows the operation menu and parameter setting to be clearly partitioned, which can quickly identify key information even in strong light or dim environment, simplify the operation process, shorten the reading reaction time, make complex test data clear at a glance, and improve the overall operation efficiency. |
Multi-channel testingSupport multi-channel testing, which can be expanded to up to 30 channels, greatly improving batch testing efficiency; The scanning test end adopts crimping method, which ensures close contact with the tested object through stable mechanical pressure, reduces contact resistance fluctuation, and adapts to fast switching of devices of different specifications. Whether it is multi-group components parallel testing, or production line batch quality inspection, can take into account the number of channels and contact stability. |

Temperature compensation functionThe DC low resistance tester has a built-in temperature compensation function, which supports the access of PT100 and PT500 temperature sensors. It can capture the environmental temperature change of the measured object in real time and automatically correct the resistance value deviation-because the metal resistance changes linearly with temperature, the function compensates the measured value to the equivalent resistance at the standard temperature (e.g. 20 ℃) through an accurate algorithm to avoid the interference of temperature fluctuation on the milliohm level measurement. |
Offset voltage compensation functionThe DC low resistance tester is equipped with an offset voltage compensation function, which can accurately offset the thermal electromotive force interference caused by the material contact temperature difference and current on-off transient. This kind of small electromotive force (usually in the order of microvolts), if not compensated, will be superimposed on the measured voltage, resulting in a deviation in the low resistance measurement. |

User self-calibration functionThe DC low resistance tester has a built-in user self-calibration function, which is easy to operate: the test clip can be calibrated by short-circuiting the test clip, and the instrument will capture the inherent interference values such as wire resistance and contact impedance in the current circuit and automatically incorporate them into the compensation reference. This 1 process can accurately offset the measurement deviation caused by the test line and chuck, especially when detecting milliohm-level small resistance, which can effectively eliminate the influence of environmental and consumable variables. |
