50MHz/1300V High Voltage Differential Probe

The TR1005 differential probe is suitable for all major oscilloscopes in the market, converting a floating signal to a low-voltage signal at the ground level, making it safe and easy to display any reference ground level oscilloscope. The probe can be used at frequencies up to 50MHz for 1300V voltage signals and has high common-mode rejection, making it an excellent choice for non-georeferenced, floating, or isolated measurements. Angstrom oscilloscope differential probes are ideal for power testing, switching power supplies, inverters, motor drive control, switching power supply development, maintenance and evaluation.

Basic Differential Probe

The probe is certified for ISO17025 calibration and meets IEC61010 high voltage safety standards. The BNC interface conforms to military and automotive electronic protocols (such as CAN bus) and is suitable for the harsh EMC environment of aerospace and rail transportation. Educational institutions can be purchased in batches for power electronics experimental teaching and training a new generation of engineers with standard operating skills.

Measuring advantages

In the scientific research scenario, the differential probe can simultaneously measure the motor controller CAN bus (12V) and IGBT gate drive (600V), and the dual-channel independent isolation design solves the reference drift caused by the ground potential difference of multiple devices. The probe shell is made of V0 grade flame retardant material, which can block the arc spread even if the multi-device joint test is accidentally short-circuited.

CMRR Common Mode Rejection Capability

The high-quality probe should only capture the voltage difference (useful signal) between the two test points, and completely shield the common-mode voltage (interference noise) that exists at the same time. If the CMRR index is not good, the interference signal will be mixed into the measurement result, causing the value to jump, the weak signal to be submerged and the accuracy to drop significantly. It is recommended to select a high-performance probe with CMRR>50dB(MHz) to ensure that the measurement accuracy of ± 2% can be maintained in complex electromagnetic environments such as power ripple and ground-elastic noise.

Standard alligator clip, telescopic clip, precision probe and aircraft hook four accessories, to build a full scene signal access solution. The alligator clip ensures low-noise grounding and high-voltage test reliability. The telescopic clip supports lossless connection adapted to dense wiring environment. The probe can accurately capture chip-level signals. The aircraft hook realizes fast hooking through a spring-loaded structure, which is especially suitable for dynamic waveform capture of high-frequency switching power supply.

Frequency converter measurement

In the inverter analysis, the differential probe effectively suppresses common mode noise and high frequency interference through differential signal acquisition technology, and accurately captures IGBT switching waveform, PWM modulation signal and motor phase current. Its high-frequency response characteristics can completely restore the nanosecond rising edge, and with the 5MHz bandwidth limit function, it can filter the switching harmonics and clearly present the fundamental wave characteristics.
