100MHz/3000V High Voltage Differential Probe

TR1010C high-voltage differential probes are suitable for all major oscilloscopes in the market, converting a floating signal to a low-voltage signal at the ground level, making it safe and easy to display any geographic-level oscilloscope. The probe can be used at frequencies up to 100MHz for voltage signals up to 3000V and has high common-mode rejection, making it an excellent choice for non-georeferenced, floating, or isolated measurements. Angstrom oscilloscope differential probes are ideal for power testing, switching power supplies, inverters, motor drive control, switching power supply development, maintenance and evaluation.

High performance differential probe

Through BNC direct-connected oscilloscope, differential probe realizes ≤ 3.5ns rise time and 100MHz bandwidth, which is perfect for high-speed bus protocol testing. Low input capacitance (<2pF) reduces circuit load, combined with 80dB common mode rejection ratio (CMRR), effectively filters out electromagnetic interference in digital communications and ensures zero error in HDMI signal integrity analysis.                

Measuring advantages

The common mode interference of the 3000V photovoltaic array is directly faced, the differential probe strips off the DC offset noise with 50dB @ 1MHz common mode rejection capability, and the high resistance isolation architecture blocks the electrical path between the inverter and the oscilloscope. Ensure that the plateau power station environment can safely capture the MPPT dynamic waveform.

CMRR Common Mode Rejection Capability

In the 4-channel LLC resonant power supply test, the isolation withstand voltage between probes> 2500 V/mm and the common mode rejection ratio of 80dB @ 1MHz completely eliminate the risk of "explosion machine" caused by multi-probe sharing. Automatic attenuation switching (100:1/1000:1) is adapted to 20V drive to 3000V main circuit for cross-level measurement, CMRR temperature drift is ≤ 3dB.

Bandwidth Limit

5MHz bandwidth limit function, through the button operation can shield more than 5MHz signal. This frequency band is highly compatible with the typical switching frequency of mainstream field effect transistors (FETs) in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), which can effectively suppress high-frequency interference, noise and harmonic components beyond this range. This filtering mechanism can significantly improve the signal purity, enable engineers to accurately capture the real working state of switching devices in the development and debugging stage, accurately evaluate the power conversion efficiency and electromagnetic compatibility performance, and provide key technical support for the optimization design and reliability verification of SMPS.

Fast Signal Test

Under the same test conditions, there is an obvious ringing waveform in the rising phase of the contrast probe, and its amplitude is out of range, which is accompanied by periodic damping oscillation after signal overshoot. This phenomenon may be caused by a probe impedance mismatch, parasitic parameter effects, or signal reflections.
