High-frequency signal testThe high-frequency AC/DC current probe is comfortable in measuring 5MHz signals, and the waveform is clear and faithful (CH1 yellow waveform); However, the same frequency test of the low-frequency probe is seriously distorted (CH2 pink waveform), resulting in signal distortion due to insufficient bandwidth! The high-frequency probe accurately captures high-frequency details such as transients of switching power supply and harmonics of new energy current with a bandwidth of 20MHz + (e.g. TCP0150 up to 20MHz and CP503B up to 50MHz) and an accuracy of ≤ 1%. Its low insertion loss and anti-saturation design (such as Hall closed-loop technology) ensure 0 distortion of amplitude and phase of 5MHz signals, and its dynamic range reaches 110dB. |
