TR3031

100A / 300KHz current probe

The TR3031 is a general purpose oscilloscope current probe that is compatible with more than 95% of oscilloscopes on the market, with a frequency response measurement range of 50mA to 100A (peak) up to 300KHz and a BNC output terminal. Connect to an oscilloscope for accurate measurement of AC or DC current waveforms, and a three-position slide switch on the handle panel selects range and ON/OFF.

Suitable for all oscilloscopes

This current probe is suitable for any oscilloscope and can be directly measured. The current probe adopts an open structure design. The current probe is easy to connect and disconnect with the conductor. When in use, it can accurately measure DC and AC signals by clamping the wire. We offer a variety of models to choose from, with a maximum bandwidth of 100MHz and a measurement of 10mA to 2000A.

Bandwidth and rise time

The two factors of frequency and rise time are one of the important indicators for evaluating the current probe. When selecting the probe, the bandwidth is at least 3 to 5 times of the measured signal.

Double range accuracy

We need to select the appropriate measuring gear according to the measured current, and slide the switch at 3 position on the handle panel to select the range and power switch.。

Pincer opening, long and narrow design

Press the handle to open the jaws, put the wire of the measured current into the jaws and release the handle to close the jaws.

Zero adjustment and degaussing

After connecting the power supply, fix the position of the current probe, and rotate the zero knob to adjust the DC offset of the current probe output until the waveform trace coincides with the zero point to offset the influence of residual charge.
