TR3011

100A / 5MHz Broadband current loops

TR3000 series current sensor is used for AC current measurement, the measured current is up to 400A RMS, the maximum pulse current is 100KA, the bandwidth is 50MHZ, the rise time is 200ns, and the diameter of the platinum port is about 50mm; Standard BNC output interface, can be connected to any manufacturer oscilloscope: add the standard accessory BNC to banana socket, which can be connected to a digital multimeter. Widely used in high-end medical multi-band current sensing; Square wave, triangle wave passive mutual inductance, laboratory broadband current research, lightning surge waveform observation, switch short-circuit current detection.

Large pulse current loop

The standard BNC interface is connected to any oscilloscope to build a production line quality inspection network. The current loop focuses on AC current diagnostics. 5MHz bandwidth for nanosecond response.

Numerical measurement function

Turn the multimeter into a wireless transmission node: After the BNC to banana head is connected to the mV signal of the current probe, the current data is uploaded to the mobile APP in real time through the Bluetooth function of the multimeter (such as Unilead UT181A). Key points of AC measurement setup: enable FFT mode to analyze harmonic proportions, and superimpose DC bias function to capture pulse currents (such as battery charging and discharging). It is suitable for OBC dynamic test of new energy vehicles, and the data synchronization delay is <10ms.

Switching short-circuit transient monitoring

The 50ms fast response capability of the current loop locks the motor drive IGBT overcurrent fault, and the 10kA peak load can cope with the short-circuit impact of the production line. Accuracy of ±1% under AC measurement.

Noise testing

The measured probe floor noise occupies about 5mA of the oscilloscope screen, and the extremely low probe floor noise is also suitable for measuring small currents, and can also measure pulse peak and large currents of 10KA
